Arthur, who lives in Montgomery County just north of Houston, says Stern, KPRC and CBS subjected her to public hatred and contempt by injuring her reputation.

Luke Lantta, one of Stern's attorneys, denied his client was part of any conspiracy to defame Arthur.

"There is no support to their theory," he said. "I'm still waiting for the e-mail or documentation that shows Stern directing his sister. You won't find it."
