William L. Kinzer concentrates in tax, business and international tax law. His particular areas of concentration include individual estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, international tax planning, Internal Revenue Service disputes and the structuring of corporate and individual tax transactions.

A former Internal Revenue Service trial attorney, Mr. Kinzer has extensive tax litigation experience both for and against the IRS. He represents a major airline and other firms in tax matters and does general corporate work for a variety of clients.

Mr. Kinzer is the author of numerous articles on tax matters and has also made presentations to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Practicing Law Institute and other tax seminars.
