Ms. Markham concentrates in commercial real estate law. She has extensive experience representing clients in the acquisition, development and financing of real estate and representing lenders in complex loan transactions secured by real estate. In addition, Ms. Markham possesses experience in acquiring and selling developed real estate, leasing, loan workouts and foreclosures.

Ms. Markham's current practice focuses on the representation of national homebuilders in the acquisition, development and sale of real estate.
