Robin Heimann focuses her practice in the areas of real estate finance, commercial real estate law and low income housing tax credit transactions. Ms. Heimann has extensive experience in the representation of financial institutions, banks and insurance companies in loan transactions, restructurings and asset dispositions involving property throughout the United States. She has represented a variety of property owners in connection with all aspects of commercial real estate law and has extensive experience in title matters. She also has experience in the representation of investors and developers in Section 42 low income housing credit projects.
