Rebecca Vandiver is an associate with Powell Goldstein's Real Estate Finance & Development team, where her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including the representation of institutional investors (including REITs and Pension Funds), leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development. Ms. Vandiver's past experience includes representing local, regional and national clients in connection with the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial properties as well as retail and office leasing.

During law and undergraduate school Ms. Vandiver was very active in both collegiate leadership and legal organizations. At Washington University Ms. Vandiver was a Chair Member of one of the largest student run charity events in the nation. While attending law school at Emory University Ms. Vandiver was on the Jessup International Moot Court Team and a volunteer for Student Legal Services. Ms. Vandiver is currently a representative for the Young Lawyers Division of the Georgia Bar Association.
