Raquel Gayle's primary area of practice is business & finance which has expanded in to the area of health care litigation.
Ms. Gayle has represented clients in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. Ms. Gayle has experience in representing privately held and public companies in asset and stock purchase transactions, and has counseled businesses in general corporate matters, including corporate governance and contract interpretation.
Ms. Gayle's health care experience includes her representation of a number of physicians in many matters concerning the maintenance of their professional practices, including formation, government reimbursement and regulation, Stark, and the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the preparation and negotiation of professional employment agreements.
