Peggy Kane is a member of Powell Goldstein's Complex Commercial and Business Litigation team.

Ms. Kane received her law degree in 2006 from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where she was a member of the North Carolina Law Review and a coordinator of the Latino Legal Initiative. Her student note on judicial sentencing was selected for publication by the North Carolina Law Review.

Ms. Kane is active in the community and devotes a considerable amount of time to pro bono immigration cases.
