Mr. Watson's practice focuses on general commercial litigation with a concentration in real estate, construction and defamation litigation.

Mr. Watson assists with the representation of real estate developers, builders, contractors and property owners covering a variety of legal issues which arise from the purchase, sale, leasing and development of real estate. These issues include contract, boundary and landlord-tenant disputes.   His experience also includes resolving construction contract disputes and negotiating and drafting construction contracts.

Mr. Watson also assists with the representation of individuals and corporations in defamation matters including the prosecution of, or defense against, a wide range of claims, including libel, slander, assault, invasion of privacy and media law claims.

During undergraduate and law school, Mr. Watson was involved in extracurricular activities which complemented his course work. As an undergraduate majoring in Political Science and Spanish, Mr. Watson was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, a national leadership honor society and Pi Sigma Alpha, a political science honor society. Additionally, he earned the George Washington Honor Scholarship, the National Merit Scholarship and was an Academic All-Conference member on the Varsity Track and Field team.
