Keith A. Dunsmore is the leader of the firm’s Real Estate Capital Markets service group. Mr. Dunsmore's practice focuses on the securitization of commercial real estate assets, as well as on general corporate finance matters.

Much of Mr. Dunsmore's work centers on commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions, including a full range of post-issuance issues, loan assumptions, modifications, REMIC-related issues and defeasance transactions, representing master servicers and special servicers. Mr. Dunsmore has been very involved with several industry associations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association and the CMSA, and is currently vice-chair of the Legislative Committee of the Mortgage Bankers Association.
