Ms. Birmingham is an attorney with Powell Goldstein LLP's Labor, Employment & Immigration Practice Group. Ms. Birmingham focuses her practice on employment litigation and employment-related government investigations by such agencies as the U.S. Department of Labor's Wage and Hour Division and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Ms. Birmingham practiced labor and employment law in Atlanta with Kilpatrick Stockton.
