Mr. Duncan is an associate in the Real Estate Capital Markets group. His practice includes all aspects of commercial real estate and lending, with an emphasis on CMBS loan origination and servicing matters. Mr. Duncan is experienced in office, retail and industrial real estate transactions, including drafting various transaction documents, coordinating closings and conducting time-sensitive due diligence. Additionally, Mr. Duncan has experience drafting and negotiating lease agreements, amendments and other documents on behalf of landlords and tenants in office, retail and industrial leasing transactions.

Prior to joining Powell Goldstein LLP, Mr. Duncan was a Real Estate Associate with Stutzman, Bromberg, Esserman & Plifka, P.C.
