Mr. Krystinik focuses his practice on litigation and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Krystinik has federal and state court litigation experience in matters regarding breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property rights, aircraft lease and sale issues, employment law issues, and health law issues.
Mr. Krystinik has also represented debtors, creditors, committees, and post-confirmation trusts in bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings in matters involving fraudulent transfers, preferential transfers, environmental remediation claims, and objections to discharge and dischargeability.
