Gwendolyn ("Wendy") Godfrey is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring practice group, where she focuses her practice on bankruptcy law and bankruptcy litigation. Ms. Godfrey has served as counsel to trustees, creditors' committees and debtors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Godfrey's experience also includes the representation of secured lenders in general commercial litigation throughout the Southeast.

Ms. Godfrey received her J.D. from Emory University School of Law where she was a Managing Editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. Ms. Godfrey received her accelerated B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
