Guillermo Todd concentrates in the areas of real estate finance and development. He has experience in drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, office, retail and ground leases, lending transactions and complex easement agreements. He has also represented clients in connection with municipal, utility and transit-oriented development projects.

Previously, Mr. Todd was a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Atlanta, where he focused on real estate matters at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, including the development of the Consolidated Rental Car Facility, the fifth runway, and the Maynard H. Jackson, Jr. International Terminal.
