C. Glenn Dunaway is a partner with Powell Goldstein LLP's Business & Finance Practice Group. His practice is transactional in nature and is concentrated in the field of timber and timberlands investments, but he also has substantial experience in private equity, venture capital and commercial real estate investment, representing fund sponsors, institutional investors (particularly pension funds and other tax-exempt investors), and high net worth individuals.

In the timber area, he provides structural and tax advice on both domestic and international transactions and has been involved with all phases of the capital formation process for large timberland transactions. Mr. Dunaway also regularly represents financial institutions providing structured finance and other financial solutions to the forest products industry.
