Mr. Maibohm focuses his practice on all aspects of commercial mortgage-backed securities transactions, including a full range of post-issuance issues, loan assumptions, modifications, REMIC-related issues and defeasance transactions. He represents issuers, underwriters, servicers and subservicers, as well as co-lenders and participants in loans. Mr. Maibohm also has significant experience dealing with ongoing servicing issues.
