Frank S. McGaughey, III is the co-leader of the firm's Tax group, which includes teams of attorneys and professionals specializing in tax credit, trusts and estate planning, corporate and partnership taxation, business transactions taxation and compliance, and are experienced practitioners on local, state, federal and international taxation. 

He concentrates in trusts, family wealth planning, estates and related tax and business and fiduciary law. He has extensive experience in the planning and administration of estates and trusts, including international estate planning; in corporate, tax and estate planning for family owned businesses; and in advising fiduciaries on legal and regulatory matters.
