Eric P. Schroeder is a trial and appellate litigator specializing in speech, unfair competition, intellectual property and commercial litigation issues. He is also Chair of the Firm's Appellate Practice.
Mr. Schroeder has over a decade of experience in First Amendment, defamation, privacy, copyright, false advertising, trademark and unfair competition issues affecting media, business and high-profile individuals. He has advised and represented clients in a number of major class action, libel, trademark, unfair competition, false advertising, antitrust, RICO, commercial and other litigation matters.
Before joining Powell Goldstein, Mr. Schroeder clerked with the Honorable William C. O'Kelley, United States District Court, in the Northern District of Georgia.
