Corenia Riley Burlingame is an associate in the Washington, DC, office of Powell Goldstein LLP and is a member of the Tax practice group. Her practice involves federal and state low income housing tax credit, historic rehabilitation tax credit, and new markets tax credit transactions.

During law school, Ms. Burlingame served as an Editorial Board Member of the Virginia Tax Review and also participated in moot court and client counseling competitions.

In the past she has participated in securities inquiries, asbestos-related premises liability, product liability and pro-bono criminal defense cases. She has extensive experience in organizing large scale document collection and production, in addition to researching and drafting legal memoranda, pleadings and agreements.
