Mr. Howard concentrates his practice in trusts and estates. He represents individuals and institutions in the various areas of estate planning, including related estate, gift, income, corporate and partnership tax.

Mr. Howard's past experience includes providing support for mass tort litigation at another large law firm. Additionally, he worked for two years with the Georgia State University College of Law Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic in Atlanta, Georgia, where he provided legal services to low income taxpayers with federal tax controversies.
