Ashley Palmer is an associate in the Atlanta office of Powell Goldstein LLP, where she concentrates her practice on bankruptcy law and bankruptcy litigation and securities, corporate and fiduciary litigation.  Ms. Palmer's experience includes serving as counsel to creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings and secured lenders in general commercial litigation, including dischargeability litigation.  Ms. Palmer also assists clients with complex securities law matters and agency enforcement proceedings.
