Amy Stewart is an associate with Powell Goldstein LLP's Tort Litigation & Environmental practice. Ms. Stewart has experience in a wide range of areas including environmental and toxic tort litigation; litigation involving managed health care and health insurance; consumer product liability litigation; and class action and multidistrict litigation. She also has experience regarding environmental regulatory work, including analysis and advice for clients regarding hazardous waste reporting, cleanup, and disposal.

Ms. Stewart received her J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2004, and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Chicago, graduating with honors in 2000.

Ms. Stewart is an active member of the Atlanta community, including serving as a member of the Residential Council for Midtown Alliance. She is also active in her pro bono efforts, working with the Animal Legal Defense Fund on pro bono cases regarding animal cruelty.
