Ms. Norcross is an associate in the Business and Finance department. She concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and securities.

Ms. Norcross' practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in mergers, asset purchases and sales, joint ventures, and reorganizations. Ms. Norcross also counsels public companies on the preparation and filing of reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Ms. Norcross advises emerging technology companies on structure, fundraising and satisfying legal goals with business solutions.

In 2005, Ms. Norcross graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law. While in school, she was a member of the Georgia Law Review. In 2002, she graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with highest honors.
