Gretchen E. von Dwingelo is a member of the Real Estate Finance and Development practice group and concentrates in the areas of commercial lending and banking transactions, as well as debt restructuring and workouts. Her particular areas of experience include asset-based financing, cash flow lending, communications industry lending practice, franchise lending, revised Article 9 of the UCC and related issues, and structured finance.
Ms. von Dwingelo also has significant experience in representing various financial institutions and life insurance companies in negotiating and drafting loan documents, and coordinating and handling closings for acquisitions, construction, and permanent loans secured primarily by real estate, as well as syndicated credit facilities.
Ms. von Dwingelo's representative experience includes:
