Teresa Pernini is a member of the Real Estate Finance & Development practice with a concentration in the area of commercial real estate lending. Ms. Pernini has significant experience in representing various financial institutions and life insurance companies in negotiating and drafting loan documents, and coordinating and handling closings for acquisitions, construction, and permanent loans secured primarily by real estate, as well as syndicated credit facilities.

In addition, Ms. Pernini has extensive experience in loan administration of various credit facilities ranging from $55 million to $450 million. She also counsels developer clients in the purchase, financing, development and sale of real property.
