Julian D. Nealy is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Finance & Development Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the area of financing in real property law, where he counsels lenders, developers, investors and companies regarding the structuring of financing, and restructuring of complex real estate property transactions.

Mr. Nealy has experience representing:

• Clients in large multi-state portfolio financing

• Agents, lenders and borrowers in real estate industry-related syndicated secured and unsecured loans

• Lenders, developers and investors in connection with construction and permanent project lending, credit lending and borrowing, specific and multi-use developments and land assemblages

• Fortune 500 companies with respect to the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of such companies' real estate assets
