Heather Gazan focuses her practice in the areas of low income housing and historic tax credit transactions . Ms. Gazan is experienced in conducting legal research, preparing legal documents and advising clients.

Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Ms. Gazan worked as a consultant, providing services to the federal government, local governments and foundations on housing and community development-related issues.
