Ms. Hancock serves as the Firm's Director of Professional Development. She oversees the following areas of professional development for the Washington office: hiring, orientation, integration, evaluation, training and mentoring; and helps develop the Firm's professional development policies, procedures and programs.

Ms. Hancock has been with Powell Goldstein since 1999. Before becoming the Director, Terry served as the Manager of Professional Development. She has been in the legal recruitment and professional development industry since 1989.
