Bruce Murphy directs the Firm's Finance Department and all of the accounting functions in both the Atlanta and Washington, DC offices. He oversees preparation of the Firm's budget, financial reporting, banking relationships and financial analysis as well as billing and collections.

Prior to joining Powell Goldstein, Mr. Murphy served as Chief Financial Officer with the Indianapolis law firm of Baker & Daniels from 1989-2004. He practiced accounting with Berger Harris McAlpin & Co. in Florida and with Arthur Andersen & Co. prior to 1989.
