James S. Usher directs the Firm's Technology Department and all of the outsourced help desk and other IT functions in both the Atlanta and Washington, D.C., offices. He oversees network operations, intra-and extranet applications, the Firm's web site development and maintenance and help desk, and he works closely with the other departments of the Firm to improve processes and enhance service delivery. He also assisted the Firm in the relocation to One Atlantic Center in Atlanta and 901 New York Avenue in Washington.
