Warren M. Krompf CCP, SPHR, serves as Powell Goldstein LLP's top human resources executive, leading the Firm's human resources function, including talent management, compensation, benefits and compliance programs. In addition, Mr. Krompf directly oversees the Firm's Information Services, Facilities and Office Services groups.
He has expansive experience as a Senior Human Resources and Chief Learning Professional with profit and loss, strategic and tactical leadership responsibility in non-union and union multi-location environments in the Corporate, Professional Services and Consulting arenas. He has also served as an advisor, mentor and coach who has successfully led organizations through mergers, acquisitions, downsizing and total restructuring of their processes which strengthened human capital.
Previously he served as Head of Human Resources, Worldwide for LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP in New York, Vice President of Human Resources and Administration for National Reprographics, Inc., New York and as President and Consultant for The Warren Group in Cheshire, CT. Mr. Krompf also spent six years as Corporate Personnel and Training Director for Michaels Jewelers, Waterbury, CT.
Mr. Krompf has published numerous articles on learning, organizational development and human resources issues, and is a sought after international keynote speaker on topics such as change management, customer service, talent management, six sigma, leadership and organizational development. Mr. Krompf is a subject matter expert on six sigma in corporate and professional services organizations. He is currently a member of the Chief Learning Officer Business Intelligence Board and has served as a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner. |
