Richard Horne serves as the Director of Office Services, directing the operations of the Firm including courier services, facsimile operations, reproduction, supplies, purchasing, shipping, security, travel, risk management and facilities. He establishes procedures for efficient and economical operation of support services for the Firm and provides direction and guidance on space utilization and structural arrangements.

Mr. Horne has been a part of the Powell Goldstein team for twenty years and has held several titles in the Office Services Department. He has served the Firm in his current position since 1992.
