Paige Arden Stanley is a member of the litigation practice group where she focuses on general civil litigation, First Amendment litigation, products liability, personal injury and business matters.  Ms. Stanley represents plaintiffs or defendants and her practice has covered complex areas, including class action and multidistrict litigation.  Ms. Stanley also has extensive experience in defending and prosecuting claims involving breach of warranty, breach of contract, fraud, RICO, and personal injury.

Ms. Stanley has broad experience taking and defending depositions and preparing fact and expert witnesses for hearings or trials.  Ms. Stanley has also handled matters through alternative dispute resolution, including arbitrations and mediation. 

Ms. Stanley is the fifth recipient of a Fellowship sponsored by the Firm to serve with the Atlanta Legal Aid Society where she successfully litigated, negotiated and advocated for her clients in such areas as family law, unemployment compensation, landlord-tenant relations, consumer protection, education law, and public benefits.
