Laura Shelkey Yeo focuses her practice in the area of government and construction contracts. Ms. Yeo's practice involves counseling clients in a wide variety of industries including health care, Medicare, defense and technology in connection with the formation, administration and performance of federal, state and local government contracts.

Ms. Yeo represents companies in matters involving compliance and ethics issues, internal controls, conflicts of interest, corporate governance and procurement integrity, awards and protests, terminations, allegations of false claims and false statements, suspension and debarment, joint venture and teaming agreements, grants and cooperative agreements, cost and pricing issues, Freedom of Information Act requests, and prime-subcontractor disputes. She also advises clients on competitive bids and proposals, and public contract and subcontract drafting, negotiation and interpretation. Ms. Yeo assists clients with audits, internal investigations, inspector general investigations, and voluntary disclosures.

In addition, Ms. Yeo represents clients in litigation of government contract matters in all forums, including the Court of Federal Claims, agency boards of contract appeals, district courts, and forums for alternative dispute resolution.
