David G. Ross concentrates in fiduciary, trusts and estates, banking and cable television litigation. Mr. Ross provides 26 years of broad-based experience representing defendants and plaintiffs in fiduciary, trusts and estates and banking litigation involving breach of fiduciary duty actions, will contests, probate actions, lender liability claims and fraud claims. Mr. Ross' cable litigation experience ranges from class action late payment litigation to access litigation, fraud investigations and contractor discrimination claims. Mr. Ross has also handled a wide range of general commercial litigation involving the representation of international, national, regional and de novo banks.
