Christopher Rodgers focuses his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate governance and general securities law. Mr. Rodgers has represented investors, venture capitalists, several large publicly traded entities, as well as privately held and high-growth start-up companies in a broad range of transactions. These transactions have included complex entity formations, financings, mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, asset purchases and sales, technology licenses and other commercial transactions.

Mr. Rodgers graduated with honors from the George Washington University law school in 1994. Prior to law school, Mr. Rodgers was an accountant with a Big Four firm, where he provided auditing, accounting and consulting services to several Fortune 500 companies.
