Suzanne Roberts' practice focuses on securities, merger and acquisition transactions and general corporate law. Ms. Roberts has extensive experience representing a variety of clients in connection with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities, stock repurchases and acquisition and divestiture transactions, including tender offers and "going private" transactions.

She is also experienced in assisting publicly-owned companies in complying with applicable regulatory requirements, including periodic reports filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.

Ms. Roberts also has considerable experience in a wide variety of public finance and lending transactions, including serving as bond counsel and representing governmental issuers, financial institutions, credit enhancement and liquidity providers, investment providers, corporate trustees, 501(c)(3) entities and for-profit borrowers. She also is experienced in other asset-based and structured revenue financing transactions, as well as other complex lending transactions.
