Ms. Palermo's practice focuses on products liability litigation and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Ms. Palermo has participated in numerous products liability actions involving breach of warranty and strict liability. She has also assisted in several complex litigation matters involving disputes arising from multi-million dollar contracts, non-competition / non-solicitation covenants, insurance / bond actions, and fraudulent transfer actions. In addition to these larger matters, Ms. Palermo frequently advises and assists her corporate clients in the day to day management of legal issues that arise. Through her litigation and counseling work, Ms. Palermo has developed a strong background in legal research and advocacy writing.

Ms. Palermo is active in the Atlanta community and was a 2005 co-recipient of Powell Goldstein's Pro Bono Associate of the Year award for her work with the Grady High School Mock Trial Team.
