Mr. Murphy concentrates in real estate, commercial lending, finance and general corporate. Mr. Murphy has had extensive experience in the representation of clients in both the sale and the acquisition of various types of intangible property portfolios, including consumer loans, commercial and residential real estate loans and automobile loan portfolios. He also has significant experience in representing lenders in workout and bankruptcy avoidance transactions.

Currently, Mr. Murphy's practice is concentrated in the representation of clients in the home building and real estate development industries. He is well-known in the condominium and planned unit development law field.
