Frank S. McGaughey, III concentrates in trusts, family wealth planning, estates and related tax and business and fiduciary law. He has extensive experience in the planning and administration of estates and trusts, including international estate planning; in corporate, tax and estate planning for family owned businesses; and in advising fiduciaries on legal and regulatory matters.

Mr. McGaughey currently serves as Co-Chair of the Tax practice group at Powell Goldstein and has been selected for the 2007 and 2008 editions of The Best Lawyers in America for Trust and Estates. Additionally, Mr. McGaughey has been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a 2007 and 2008 Georgia Superlawyer in Trusts and Estates.
