Jim McAlpin has broad experience in the areas of corporate and business law, including representation of clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructurings and partnership and joint venture investments. In addition, Mr. McAlpin has developed a complementary practice in representing financial institutions, as well as venture capital and private equity firms.
Mr. McAlpin's corporate clients include both manufacturing companies and service providers. These clients have ranged in size from a publicly held Fortune 500 manufacturing company to privately held high-growth companies.
He frequently works with financial institution clients of the Firm in connection with corporate and transactional matters. He also represents venture capital firms and private equity firms in fund formation and investment transactions.
Mr. McAlpin has been recognized by Atlanta Magazine as a 2007 and 2008 Georgia Superlawyer. |
