Marlo Orlin Leach concentrates in products liability, construction, environmental and general commercial litigation. She has represented a number of clients involved in mold litigation, including a putative class action lawsuit alleging both personal injuries and property damage, and she has spoken at national seminars on defending mold litigation cases. She has also represented landowners, hotels, construction companies and developers in cases involving stormwater discharge.

Ms. Leach has defended clients in a variety of contract and tort claims, including termite warranty cases which called for an analysis of construction related issues in order to determine the source and cause of water intrusion and termite damage in commercial structures.

She has defended product liability actions involving property damage and personal injury, including claims based on toxic torts, indoor air quality and the manufacture and use of tools, machinery and chemicals. For clients with repetitive or multi-jurisdictional litigation, Ms. Leach has served as coordinating counsel for both national and regional litigation, and she has developed and managed coordinating counsel programs. She has served as national discovery counsel to several companies, including a Fortune 500 company, for all of their general liability and product liability claims.
