Cynthia D. Kennedy concentrates in trusts and estates. She represents individuals and institutions in the various areas of estate planning, including related estate, gift, income, corporate and partnership tax. Ms. Kennedy focuses on the planning and administration of estates and trusts, fiduciary litigation and tax-exempt organizations.
