Riccarda Heising concentrates in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions and general corporate law. Her practice involves acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, commercial contracts and general corporate law advice to both public and private company clients.

Ms. Heising also has significant experience representing clients in the areas of merchandising and licensing, as well as sports. She provides general corporate law advice to a Major League Baseball team for which the Firm serves as general counsel.

Ms. Heising has represented both public and private company clients in numerous transactions ranging in size from $1 million to over $6 billion. Representative clients are engaged in a variety of businesses, with a particular emphasis on outdoor advertising and manufacturing.
