Diane Greenlee focuses her practice in the area of low-income housing tax credits and has closed numerous transactions all over the country, representing primarily syndicators.   She has primary responsibility for due diligence reviews, document preparation and negotiating transactions as well as managing and monitoring tax credit syndications worked on by other attorneys in the group.  After her law school graduation, Ms. Greenlee worked for several years at another major Washington, D.C., law firm, where she specialized in various types of corporate transactions and real estate loan documentation, followed by several years working in a volunteer capacity for various organizations, including the White House Counsel's Office.   She has been in the PoGo tax credit group since 1997.
