Stacey Godfrey Evans joined the Firm's Atlanta office in 2003 as a litigation associate.

Ms. Evans concentrates in the areas of securities and corporate litigation. She has assisted individuals appearing before the SEC and FDIC. She has also conducted internal investigations of fraud, insider trading, mismanagement, and management integrity concerns. Ms. Evans has successfully defended corporations and individual directors alleged to have breached their fiduciary duties both locally and in the Delaware Chancery Court.

In addition, Ms. Evans has experience advising corporations faced with garnishment actions, from developing internal policies to litigation.
