Mr. Pumpian's practice involves the resolution of disputes over patents, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, trade secrets, domain names, claims of false advertising, claims of unfair competition and restrictive covenants, as well as other complex business disputes. He has helped clients assert and protect their intellectual property and other rights (and defend against such assertions) in a variety of industries, such as financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, radio broadcasting and software.
Mr. Pumpian has significant expertise in federal litigation matters, having served two years as a law clerk to the Honorable Daniel T.K. Hurley of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
