Jennifer Dempsey is a Partner in the Firm's Litigation and Tort Litigation & Environmental Practice Groups. Ms. Dempsey's practice includes representing clients in product liability and commercial tort actions, commercial contract disputes, insurance and surety litigation, and class action defense in the courts and arbitration settings. Ms. Dempsey's experience in the products liability area includes the representation of clients in litigation involving various industrial and consumer products from asbestos and aircraft, to soft drinks and textile products. She has experience arguing before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. Ms. Dempsey has experience litigating matters for both plaintiffs and defendants.
