Robert G. Coberly focuses his practice in the areas of low-income housing tax credit and historic rehabilitation tax credit transactions and related affordable housing matters. Mr. Coberly has extensive experience representing investors in tax credit partnerships and structuring tax credit projects with non-profit general partners. Mr. Coberly currently is representing clients with interest in utilizing the New Markets Tax Credit.
