Kimberly Civins concentrates primarily in the areas of wills, trusts and estate administration. Ms. Civins focuses on individual estate planning, the administration of estates, tax-exempt organizations, fiduciary representation and business succession planning.

The trusts and estates practice group counts among its wealth planning clients many leaders in the business community as well as sports figures and entertainment personalities. Ms. Civins also represents a baseball scoring software company.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Civins worked for seven years for ProServ, Inc., a national sports marketing company that is now a part of SFX Sports Group (a subsidiary of Clear Channel Entertainment).

Ms. Civins has been selected as a 2005, 2006, and 2007 Georgia Super Lawyers' Rising Star.
